in Ukraine, all options for its development seem possible, while the outcome of it and the possibilities of finding a peaceful solution remain hazy. However, it is important to take stock of the situation on the battlefield, the influence of various factors, including international ones, and to discuss possible scenarios. Of key importance for the development of the conflict are the positions of NATO and the EU and individual member states. The conflict gives rise to a deep division in the assessments of Bulgarian citizens, institutions and political parties.
